Therefore, we invite you to join our company as a **Customs Agent** **Requirements:** * Completed high school; or Technical Degree in International Trade, Business Logistics, or related field. * Motorcycle or automobile driver’s license. * Excellent attitude. * Flexible availability regarding working hours. **Experience:** 6 months to 1 year. **Specific Knowledge:** * Customs Law (basic level). * Import and export procedures. * Customs clearance processes. * Customs inspections. * Pre-clearance procedures. **Responsibilities:** * Prepare, review, and verify all required documentation for the import/export of goods. * Supervise inspection processes conducted by customs authorities. * Schedule the entry or exit of goods via land, air, or both. * Address issues related to cargo detention, incomplete documentation, or additional requirements. * Represent the customs agent before customs and regulatory authorities. * Carry out import and export customs clearance procedures. * Maintain direct communication with customs authorities. * Inspect goods to verify physical characteristics requested by the customs appraiser. * Conduct pre-clearance / customs inspection according to the customs appraiser’s instructions. * Handle and safeguard goods within the area assigned by customs authorities. * Comply with internal company policies and regulations. * Report performance indicator results to the Mexico Branch Manager. **Benefits:** * Statutory benefits. * Food vouchers. * Savings fund. * Paid time-off hours. * Excellent work environment. * Free uniforms. * Working hours: Monday to Friday.
