Our specialists will monitor, manage, and administer transportation and customs functions to ensure accurate and timely product delivery in the most efficient and cost-effective manner, delivering excellent customer service. **Essential Responsibilities** * Customer support (cargo review and tracking, as well as monitoring customs operation progress) * Request required documentation and coordinate customs clearance of goods, ensuring compliance with RRNA requirements (tariff classifications, permits, automatic notifications, etc.) * Report any discrepancies, cargo damage, or shipment status updates to the customer. * Entry of customs declarations (maritime, air, rail, land, and special operations) * Opening and closing of consolidated customs declarations. * Preparation of shipping batches. * Completion of customs declarations per Annex 22. * Database management and reporting (Excel) * Adherence to internal processes. * Closing of operations and ensuring digital file integrity. * Coordination and supervision of operations with business partners (as applicable) **Basic Qualifications** * 0\-2 years of related international trade experience * Knowledge of customs legislation and international trade regulations * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Logistics, or related field * Basic knowledge of customs declaration entry systems **Preferred Qualifications** * Basic English proficiency * Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) **About TP Laser** Uber Freight Mexico Customs, powered by TP Laser — Uber Freight’s commercial partner in Mexico — provides customized customs brokerage services between Mexico and the United States, backed by an unparalleled combination of innovative technology and a dedicated team of international trade experts.
