If you are interested in becoming part of our company, please send your CV to: dcasillas@wanhai.com **Vacancy: CUSTOMER SERVICE IMPORTATION** Position Objective: To properly execute the shipping line’s import processes in order to deliver high-quality customer service and contribute to achieving organizational goals. **Requirements:** \- Education: Graduates in International Relations / International Business / Foreign Trade / International Commerce or related fields \- Knowledge in: Foreign Trade or Maritime Logistics **\- Intermediate English proficiency.** \- Competencies: \*\* Customer service orientation \*\* Effective communication \*\* Organization \*\* Analytical thinking \*\* Teamwork \*\* Immediate availability **Responsibilities:** * Review vessel schedules. * Send and track arrival notifications. * Submit documents for customs release. * Change Customs Broker and perform new revalidation. * Manage and track bill of lading (OBL) printing at destination. * Apply free days. * Dispatch freighted bills of lading (BLs). * Assign interports. * Review transport modalities. * Confirm connection days. * Apply waivers. * Track Long Stay cases. * Enter administrative charges into ECR. * Track and approve CMs (Port change requests, modality changes, Prepaid to Collect conversions). * Recover and enter barcodes. * Review retention and release notices. * Review consignee changes. . **What We Offer:** \- Salary based on qualifications (negotiated during interview). \- Benefits exceeding statutory requirements. \- Meal vouchers. \- Major medical expense insurance. \- Life insurance. \- Work location: Polanco, CDMX, Mexico.
