Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to provide 24/7 tracking of international trade operations, monitor units in transit, and coordinate logistics, while maintaining constant communication with customers and resolving operational incidents. Key Highlights: 1. 24/7 monitoring of import and export operations. 2. Transport coordination and real-time tracking of units en route. 3. Handling of international trade documentation and logistics. Responsibilities: * Provide 24/7 tracking of import and export operations. * Monitor units and coordinate movements of trailers en route. * Maintain constant communication with customers, operators, and customs agents. * Update shipment statuses and estimated delivery times. * Resolve operational incidents in real time. * Prepare reports and administrative tracking of services. * Coordinate international trade and logistics documentation. Requirements: * Minimum 1–2 years of experience in customer service and/or international logistics. * Knowledge of international trade processes, importation, and exportation. * Experience in ground transportation and unit tracking. * Availability to monitor operations 24/7\. * Excellent communication skills and problem-solving ability. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics/monitoring platforms.
