Incident management and resolution with a service-oriented approach **RODHE CONSULTANTS is seeking a Customer Service representative in Venustiano Carranza, Mexico City** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- A logistics company specializing in the pharmaceutical industry seeks a Customer Service representative focused on customer service to monitor operations related to clinical trial distribution. **Responsibilities:** * Direct customer service (laboratories, CROs, hospitals). * Shipment status tracking and updates. * Ongoing communication with customers regarding timelines, incidents, and deliveries. * ***Export processes; experience in international operations*** * ***Master Air Waybills (primary shipping document)*** * Preparation of reports and tracking in Excel. * Incident management and resolution with a service-oriented approach. * Ensuring adherence to delivery timelines and service level agreements (SLAs). * Basic support in logistics processes and documentation as required. **Requirements:** * Degree holder or current intern. * Preferred fields of study: International Trade. * Minimum 1 year of experience as Customer Service (preferably in logistics, healthcare, or services). * Experience in customer service and operational follow-up. * Intermediate English (for basic communication with customers/suppliers). * Proficiency in Excel (tracking and control). * Strong sense of urgency and customer orientation.
