Job Summary: Responsible for communication and logistics management, including quotations and risk mitigation. Key Highlights: 1. Immediate response to internal and external customer requests. 2. Preparation of quotations for internal and external customers. 3. Mitigation of risks in logistics movements. General Activities **Responsibilities and Functions:** * Immediate response to internal and external customer requests. * Maintain minimum monthly revenue of 1\.3 MDP. * Portfolio of at least three suppliers per route requested by the customer. * Timely communication with the customer. * Preparation of quotations for external and internal customers. * Mitigation of risks in logistics movements. * Provision of cost estimates promptly and accurately. * Organizational departmental policies. * Organizational departmental processes / manuals. Requirements **Work Experience:** * Traffic \- 2 years * Customs \- 2 years Schedule **SCHEDULE AVAILABILITY** Monday to Friday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm Saturday: 9:00 am to 12:00 pm Cd.
