Hygienic food handling. Coordination with procurement and inventory departments. Supervision of the cleaning team. Knowledge of food and beverages. Operation of grills, fryers, skillets, griddles, hot and cold bars. **Cook** Key Competencies: Excellent customer service attitude. Adherence to rules, policies, and procedures. Teamwork. Ability to work under pressure. Empathy. Provide customer service while ensuring fulfillment of consumer requirements. Maintain final product quality. Comply with food safety procedures.
