We are an international Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company, the largest beverage company in Latin America, serving over 184 million consumers. REQUIREMENTS: * Completed Bachelor’s degree or Engineering degree. * Proficiency in driving a standard vehicle and valid driver’s license (Mandatory, field work). * Flexible availability of working hours. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. EXPERIENCE: * Commercial area experience, field customer prospecting, negotiation, and follow-up. * Administrative management of lease agreements and file handling. * Identifying and attracting customers. * Knowledge of commercial practices in the region. ACTIVITIES: * Seeking new business opportunities. * Identifying expansion points to contribute additional volume. * Implementing strategies to improve the profitability of existing businesses. * Collecting customer/business data through observation and dialogue with the customer. * Recording collected information and evaluating the feasibility of conquest based on findings. * Formalizing negotiations, finalizing conquest, and collecting necessary documentation.
