Position Summary: We are seeking a Senior Buyer with import experience to manage domestic and international procurement, negotiate with suppliers, and coordinate import logistics. Key Highlights: 1. Coordination and tracking of imports and freight **Idoneus Talent is seeking International Procurement professionals in Naucalpan de Juárez, State of Mexico** ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- **SENIOR BUYER – IMPORT EXPERIENCE** ### **Main Responsibilities** * Managing domestic and international procurement. * Developing and negotiating with international suppliers. * Preparing and tracking purchase orders. * Coordinating imports and freight (air, ocean, and land). * Tracking shipments with freight forwarders and customs brokers. * Validating documentation: Invoice, Packing List, BL/AWB, customs entries, certificates, etc. * Import cost estimation (freight, insurance, taxes, duties). * Reporting on procurement and import status. * Resolving logistical and customs-related incidents. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum of **3 to 5 years** of experience in international procurement and imports. * Proficiency in **Incoterms** and customs procedures. * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel skills. * ERP system experience (SAP, Oracle, Intelisis, or similar) preferred. * Intermediate-to-advanced English (for communication with international suppliers). ### **We Offer** * Competitive salary: $25,000–$30,000 MXN (take-home) * Statutory benefits * Job stability and career growth * Work location: Naucalpan * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 6:30 PM **Desired Education Level:** Higher education – degree holder **Desired Experience Level:** Expert level **Departmental Function:** Logistics / Transportation **Industry:** Glass, Ceramics, and Concrete **Skills:** * Intermediate English *This job posting originates from the Talenteca.com job board:* *https://www.talenteca.com/anuncio?j\_id\=69bb454b36000030005c5004\&source\=indeed*
