This role will be responsible for planning, analyzing, and optimizing the e-commerce channel’s commercial strategy, ensuring inventory availability and achieving sales and profitability targets per category or marketplace. ***What challenges will this position entail?*** * Plan sales by channel. * Analyze sell-in / sell-out, inventory turnover, coverage, and stock levels. * Coordinate with procurement and logistics to ensure optimal stock levels. * Define commercial strategies: pricing, promotions, discounts. * Monitor KPIs: sales, margin, conversion rate, average order value. * Identify growth opportunities by category/product. * Support monthly and annual forecasting. * Analyze competitors and market trends. * Collaborate with marketing on campaigns and product launches. * Generate reports and dashboards for decision-making. ***What are we looking for in candidates?*** * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Business, or related field. * 1–3 years of experience in commercial planning, e-commerce, or retail. * Marketplace experience (preferred). * Intermediate/advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, formulas, data analysis). * Analytical thinking and results orientation.
