




Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to lead sales strategies, develop new markets, manage teams, and ensure commercial growth in high-volume distribution and retail companies. Building and maintaining long-term relationships with customers. **Requirements:** Age: 30\-45 years old Education: Bachelor's degree or Engineering degree in Commerce or related field (completed), e.g., Marketing, International Trade, Business Administration, etc. Minimum five years of experience as a Commercial Manager in high-volume distribution and retail companies such as soft drink bottlers, snack manufacturers, breweries, bakeries, etc., performing the following responsibilities: \- Developing work plans and commercial strategies to increase sales. \- Extensive experience in planning, organizing, directing, and controlling commercial area activities. \- Developing state-level sales strategies; \- Prospecting new accounts and expanding the current customer portfolio; \- Identifying current market needs and trends, as well as opportunities in new markets; \- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with existing customers; \- Measuring team performance and ensuring staff training and development; \- Preparing and monitoring sales forecasts; \- Institutional promotion (brand image, prospecting, promotional strategies); \- Institutional public relations.
