We seek a professional responsible for coordinating and supervising domestic and international cargo flows, ensuring that import and export processes are efficient and compliant with legal and regulatory requirements. **Comprehensive Import and Export Coordination:** Responsible for end-to-end management of import processes for raw materials and products from China, Southeast Asia, the United States, and other regions, as well as virtual export operations. Responsibilities include: documentation management (submission of Packing List, Invoice, technical specifications, letters of appointment, letters of No Prior Notification, etc. to the customs broker); scheduling of tax payments; continuous tracking of shipment status to ensure timely and secure delivery to destination; and verification of all costs incurred throughout the process. **Task Execution and Reporting:** Carry out assignments from superiors, ensuring adherence to established standards, achievement of predefined objectives, and on-time delivery. Concurrently, submit periodic activity reports per company requirements, documenting the history of each import and export operation. Job Requirements: Prior experience in virtual import and export operations, along with knowledge of related operational procedures, is required. The candidate must be highly organized, capable of working efficiently in teams, and precise in handling large volumes of documentation. Extensive experience in logistics, importation, and customs clearance, as well as familiarity with related operational procedures, is essential. Excellent communication and coordination skills, enabling effective collaboration with domestic and international stakeholders.
