Excellent service attitude and teamwork **Kitchen Leader** Requirements: 25\-35 years old Completed Bachelor's degree in Gastronomy Proven experience in a similar position Responsibilities: Administration and operations. Hygienic food handling. Coordination with procurement and inventory departments. Supervision of the cleaning team. Knowledge of food and beverages. Operation of grills, fryers, pans, griddles, hot and cold bars. **Cook** Key Competencies: Excellent service attitude. Adherence to standards, policies, and procedures. Teamwork. Ability to work under pressure. Empathy. Provide service while ensuring proper fulfillment of customer requirements. Maintain final product quality. Comply with food safety procedures. Follow recipes and standards strictly. Maintain order and cleanliness in the kitchen, facilities, and equipment care. Comply with Occupational Health and Safety Policy by applying related procedures, instructions, and control measures applicable to their area and/or activities.
