Job Summary: This role involves case validation, chargeback application, initiation and tracking of clarification folios, and direct customer service with analytical and numerical skills. Customer service and process representation **Key Responsibilities:** * Validation of remittance cases. * Application of chargebacks according to business rules. * Initiation of clarification folios (domestic and international). * Tracking resolution of folios and cases. * Handling chargebacks and representation processes. * Direct customer response (in favor or against). * Filling out and updating the tracking matrix. **Requirements:** * Analytical ability * Proficiency in handling large volumes of information * Numerical aptitude Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $0\.01 \- $0\.02 per month Benefits: * Company parking * Life insurance * Free uniforms * Grocery vouchers Work Location: On-site employment
