Job Summary: This role supports the Air team by managing tickets, quotes, and customer follow-ups, ensuring effective communication and contributing to reports and pricing processes. At Kuehne\+Nagel, our contribution counts in more ways than we imagine. ‎ Provide support to the Air team through operational and administrative management of tickets, quotations, and customer follow-ups, ensuring effective communication and contributing to proper report handling and pricing processes, while developing key air logistics skills.**How you create impact** * Support ticket management and quotation preparation. * Follow up on customer requests and requirements. * Collaborate on CCL processes and pricing-related activities. * Prepare, update, and track operational reports. * Provide administrative support to the department. * Maintain clear and timely communication with internal stakeholders. **What we would like you to bring** * Currently enrolled student in International Business, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related fields (professional internship). * Excellent commercial/customer service skills. * Ability to perform numerical analysis, organization, and process tracking. * Proficiency in Excel for data analysis, tracking, and information control. * English language proficiency at B2 level. * Availability to work in a hybrid mode (4 days office / 1 day home office). * Availability to work Monday to Friday, 8:00–13:00 hrs. **What's in it for you** Do you want to launch your career in air logistics within a global company?
