You will be responsible for leading OTIF’s commercial growth in Mexico, developing strategic relationships with S&P 500 companies, closing high-impact opportunities, and positioning our AI-based logistics solutions. We are looking for someone with strong business acumen who can identify market opportunities, negotiate decisively, and build long-term relationships. Your Responsibilities: * Maximize sales through effective commercial strategies and opportunity closure. * Drive growth of key accounts with logistics and technology solutions. * Prospect and evaluate new business opportunities within the logistics sector. * Lead the end-to-end B2B sales cycle with S&P 500 companies, up to contract signing. * Build long-term relationships with decision-makers at S&P 500 companies. * Analyze market trends and competition to develop differentiated strategies. * Generate executive reports with KPIs and forecasts using CRM. * Represent OTIF at industry events and forums to promote the brand. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, Business Administration, Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 4 years of experience in business development or corporate sales within logistics/transportation/software services (mandatory). * In-depth knowledge of the Mexican logistics market and freight/transportation (mandatory). * Experience in B2B sales, full sales cycle, and negotiation with S&P 500 clients. * Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and commercial analytics tools. * Outstanding skills in negotiation, communication, and executive presentation. * Results-oriented mindset and ability to work under pressure.
