We are currently seeking to hire a **Bilingual Reservations Agent** for our Cancún team. **Requirements**: * Conversational English at B2 level (proficiency test will be administered). * Bachelor’s degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Public Relations, Foreign Languages, International Business, or related field. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with **intermediate Excel skills** (pivot tables). * Passion for tourism operations. * Attention to detail, dynamism, and enthusiasm. **Job Responsibilities**: * **Customer service** via online channels (email, chat, and internal platforms). * Management, confirmation, and follow-up of reservations. * Handling cancellations and modifications according to established policies. * Planning and coordination of **logistics** for tourism services. * Sending service sheets and itineraries to tour guides. * Operational coordination with travel agencies and local and international suppliers. **We Offer**: * Salary: $15,000 net per month * Statutory benefits. * 5% savings fund contribution. * Working hours: 1:00 PM to 9:00 PM (30-minute lunch break). * Growth opportunities within an internationally expanding company.
