




Job Description and Responsibilities * Route monitoring for drivers and operators (import and export). * Direct customer service and support. * Scheduling of daily and extraordinary trips. * Attendance and incident tracking for operators. * Updating job role assignments. * Preparing incident reports and status updates on routes and operators. Experience and Requirements * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade and Customs, International Business, Logistics, or related field; recent graduate or incomplete degree. * Experience in brokerage/customer service. * Personnel management experience. * **Intermediate English** * Sense of urgency. * Analytical and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of logistics. * Teamwork and ability to work under pressure.
