Job Summary: Develop and maintain automated reports and interactive dashboards for operational analysis, implementing automatic alerts for critical deviations. Key Highlights: 1. Database and reporting development to measure operational flow 2. Use of tools such as Power BI, Excel, Python, or Power Automate 3. Interactive dashboard design and notification flow configuration OBJECTIVE Develop databases and reports to measure the export operation flow. REQUIREMENTS EDUCATION: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade or related field AGE: 22 to 40 years old EXPERIENCE: 6 months in a similar position REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE * Proficiency in Excel for macro development, as well as Power BI * Logical thinking, problem-solving, and effective communication (oral and written) * Teamwork, collaboration, and adaptability to technological change * Proactivity and service-oriented attitude RESPONSIBILITIES * Develop and maintain automated reports. * Use tools such as Power BI, Excel, Python, or Power Automate to generate dynamic and updatable reports. * Connect databases and spreadsheets. * Design interactive dashboards for operational analysis. * Implement automatic alerts for critical deviations. * Configure flows to notify the team about risks or non-compliances in real time.
