Participation in sales strategies **Job Description** As a Commercial Assistant at Multilog Internacional, you will be responsible for supporting the company’s commercial activities, including customer relationship management, sales follow-up, and related administrative tasks. You will actively participate in sales strategy planning and provide key support to the sales team. This is a full-time, on-site position located at our offices in Ciudad de México, Mexico. **Main Responsibilities** * Preparation and follow-up of logistics service quotations. * Follow-up with current and prospective customers via email, phone, or CRM. * Management of commercial documentation (contracts, proposals, rate sheets, presentations). * Coordination with Operations, Traffic, or Pricing departments to validate rates and services. * Registration and updating of customer information in CRM or commercial databases. * Preparation of sales reports, prospect reports, and opportunity tracking reports. * Support in tenders, commercial proposals, or client presentations. * Scheduling of commercial meetings and follow-up on customer agreements. * Support in post-sales service and service follow-up. **Requirements** * Education * Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field (completed or in progress). **Experience** * 1 year in sales (commercial area), customer service, or logistics (may include social service or internships). **Knowledge** * Basic logistics and transportation processes. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Quotation and reporting preparation. * CRM or administrative system usage (preferred). **Skills** * Organization and follow-up. * Customer service orientation. * Effective communication. * Teamwork. * Proactivity. * Basic analytical ability. **Competencies** * Results-oriented. * Stress tolerance. * Cross-departmental coordination ability. * Problem-solving. * Knowledge of Incoterms, freight forwarding, or international transportation (preferred). * Intermediate English. * Experience in logistics companies, freight forwarders, or transportation (preferred). **Work Modality and Schedule** * On-site * Full-time * Monday to Friday, 9:00–18:00 hrs * One-hour lunch break **We Offer** * Starting net monthly salary: $20,000\.00 * Statutory benefits Salary: Starting at $20,000\.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (preferred) Experience: * Sales support: 1 year (preferred) Language: * English (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
