Direct contract with the company **WE ARE SEEKING A JUNIOR ACCOUNTANT** **Objective** Support the registration, control, and analysis of the company’s accounting and tax information, ensuring compliance with authorities’ requirements and accurate financial consolidation for decision-making. **Main Responsibilities** · Prepare bank reconciliations. · Manage and monitor cash flow. · Record receivables and payments. · Handle CFDI 4.0 invoicing. · Issue payment complements to customers. · Review and validate supplier invoices. · Prepare weekly payment reports. · Reconcile CFDIs (income, expenses, and payroll). · Payment complements. · Obtain and validate payment complements from suppliers. · Consolidate account balances (customers and suppliers). · Record transactions (payroll, IMSS, and taxes). · Support physical inventory counts (raw materials and finished goods). · Prepare monthly working papers (ISR, IVA, and DIOT). · Calculate 3% payroll tax (State of Mexico). · Support annual tax filing. · Handle requests and procedures (SAT, IMSS, and Treasury). · Maintain effective communication with the team to track activities. **Candidate Profile** · Minimum 1 year of experience in general accounting. · Experience in an accounting firm is desirable. · Prior experience managing personnel is preferred. · Technical knowledge required. · Intermediate proficiency in: COI, SAE, NOI, ADMIN XML, and SUA. · Familiarity with portals: SAT, INFONAVIT, INFONACOT, and State of Mexico Finance Department. · Basic knowledge of: International trade and auditing. **Key Competencies** · Organization and control. · Attention to detail. · Numerical analysis. · Responsibility. · Teamwork. · Effective communication. **We Offer** · Base salary negotiable + statutory benefits. · Direct contract with the company. · Professional development. · Job stability. **APPLY THROUGH THIS CHANNEL!** Salary: $12,000.00 – $15,000.00 per month Benefits: * Option for an indefinite-term contract Workplace: On-site employment
