As an **Air Operations Executive**, your mission is to coordinate logistics activities in air freight traffic, ensuring profitability and customer satisfaction in accordance with TIBA’s established processes. Responsibilities: * Efficiently operate assigned air services to meet customer needs. * Ensure compliance with operational processes and company policies. * Enter and update information in systems to ensure data quality. * Oversee billing and close files with data integrity. * Prevent and resolve operational issues. Ideal candidate: * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in logistics and air shipment coordination within freight forwarding companies. * Intermediate English proficiency. * Skills in teamwork, conflict resolution, communication, service orientation, results orientation, and initiative.
