Our commitment to efficiency, security, and continuous improvement drives our growth. ***Find us on LinkedIn as: Lufthansa Cargo Servicios Logísticos de México*** The person responsible for the **AICM Import Agent** position will be responsible for: * Providing requested information to customers according to the department’s scope and responsibilities * Entering MAWB and HAWB information into the warehouse system and entering arrival confirmation and POD into airline client systems * Managing and delivering relevant documents to customers for prior cargo recognition or customs clearance * Validating the customs entry via the customs portal * Reviewing, printing, organizing, and stamping process-related documents for verification, as well as flight-received documents for delivery to customers * Verifying that information in the airline’s system matches the manifested data * Submitting required documents to authorities for the entry of imported cargo * Issuing appropriate notifications for transit shipments * Applying CCAs (Customs Clearance Authorizations) as required * Managing refrigerated containers within airline ULD systems * Tracking holds (pre-release) and official notices issued by competent authorities * Contacting customers in case of cargo or document irregularities * Ensuring compliance with Pharma storage requirements * Knowing, understanding, and supporting compliance with the Integrated Management System’s policies, objectives, and goals * Knowing, understanding, and complying with the Code of Ethics and Conduct to prevent any bribery-related behavior * Identifying hazards and risks related to supply chain security, occupational health and safety in their area * Implementing corrective and preventive actions to avoid non-conformities related to products or services delivered by the department, as well as those related to the IMS * Applying good documentation practices across all records generated to fulfill their process, as well as good storage and distribution practices * Implementing security measures and instructions for custody, handling, and storage of foreign trade cargo to meet operational security and chain-of-custody requirements * Pursuing continuous improvement within the area and/or department ***\* Perform other duties as assigned when required or instructed*** To succeed in this role, we value a combination of the following qualifications: * High school diploma or equivalent * Knowledge of customs topics and procedures * Proficiency in Microsoft Office 360 * Flexible working hours * English language proficiency * Experience using airline systems * Experience using warehouse management systems * Customer service skills * Knowledge of customs topics and procedures * Collaboration * Proactivity * Sense of urgency * Ability to learn quickly * Adaptability * Tolerance * Responsibility * Availability * Results orientation * Teamwork ***\* Attach CV*** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $10,500.00 \- $10,501.00 per month Benefits: * Medical expense insurance * Major medical insurance * Life insurance * Food vouchers Work location: On-site
