Manage reconciliations and accounting documents Join our team as an **Accounting Assistant** ***Requirements*** * Education: **Professional Public Accountant or candidate** * **Minimum 3 years of verifiable experience** * **100% knowledge of COI.** * **Knowledge of DIOT.** * **PREFERRED: Knowledge of Tax Legislation and Foreign Trade** ***Responsibilities and Functions:*** * File bank vouchers * Record disbursement vouchers in COI for various banks * Record income from various banks generated by customers or resulting from check refund discrepancies * After performing bank reconciliations, request unreconciled entries and subsequently attach them to the accounting records * Request XML and PDF files as needed * Print disbursements already recorded in COI for various banks to file them in the corresponding vouchers * Create and affix folder labels * Scan certain accounting vouchers for backup purposes and archive prior fiscal year records ***We Offer*** * **Statutory benefits** * **Savings fund: 7%** * Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM * Excellent work environment * Work location: **Tlalnepantla** * **Gross monthly salary: $13,000 (excluding benefits)** Employment type: Full-time Salary: $13,000.00 per month Education: * Completed bachelor's degree (preferred) Experience: * Financial accounting: 1 year (preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
