Reports information to the Mechanical Workshop’s Management and to Finance. Impact of this role and key deliverables * Creates Work Orders (WO), PEP elements, and requests budget for manufacturing. * Collects required information for CE to validate the tariff classification with AA in case of export. * Invoices and tracks receipt of tooling into the customer’s warehouse. * Supports creation of purchase requisitions (SOLPED) and tracks arrival of required materials. * Supports creation of purchase requisitions (SOLPED) and tracks arrival of required materials. * Generates necessary reports for Management and Executive Leadership. * Supports annual inventory planning and organization. * To carry out these responsibilities, the following are required: * Minimum 70% proficiency in Excel. * Proficiency in Access. * Full (100%) mastery of SAP financial, sales, and warehouse transaction codes (TX). * Minimum 50% proficiency in English. * Basic knowledge of International Trade. * Knowledge of Finance and Accounting. **Education / Certifications** --------------------------------- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting / Administration**Required Language** -------------------- Intermediate English**Experience (Number of years)** -------------------------------- 5 years **Competencies** ---------------- **Pre-Screening Questions** ----------------------------- **FO.PO.RH.CN.001\.01** -----------------------
