We are seeking: Revalidation Executive Work Location: Granjas Mexico Responsibilities: * Supervise the updating of permits, licenses, and certifications required for company operations. Coordinate revalidation procedures with governmental, customs, and regulatory authorities. * Verify and maintain compliance of documentation related to international transportation, imports, and exports. Ensure updated documents are available in internal databases. * Monitor changes in national and international laws and regulations affecting company operations. Implement internal procedures to ensure regulatory compliance. * Establish communication with clients, business partners, and authorities to coordinate revalidation processes. Inform internal staff about updates to applicable procedures or regulations. * Generate periodic reports on the status of revalidation processes. Identify areas for improvement and propose enhancements to documentation management and compliance practices. Requirements: Education: Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, or related fields. Minimum 2 years of experience in roles related to foreign trade, logistics, or regulatory compliance. Knowledge of international transportation processes, customs regulations, and forwarder operating permits. Intermediate or advanced English (preferred).
