Job Objective
This position is responsible for coordinating the preparation of documentation, tracking, and coordination of customs clearance for shipments related to the import of commercial goods into Mexico and Mexican exports to the rest of the world, in accordance with Mexican customs regulations.

Responsibilities
* Support compliance and monitoring of operations by type: V1, RT, F4, A3 and others as requested.
* Consolidate summary shipments for settlement cash report submissions
* Complete customs clearance for medium-to-high volume shipments via air, land, and sea at various Mexican entry/exit ports.
* Evaluate customs operation performance for MX suppliers
* Facilitate creation of the Mexican file with customs brokers associated with Buckland MX.
* Compile legal documentation and update forms in compliance with Mexican regulations
* Coordinate all shipments for timely customs clearance and ensure process flow based on best practices per shipment type
Requirements
* More than 3 years of experience in Mexican Import/Export Operations.
* Bachelor’s degree in International Business / International Trade / International Logistics.
* English language skills preferred
* Must be flexible to work weekends and holidays as required.
