Objective: Translate project scopes through architectural modeling, focusing on ensuring spaces fulfill their intended functions. Responsibilities: * Document all necessary elements in models so projects can be constructed according to Group standards. * Prepare digital and printed deliverables for departments involved in the project. * Develop 3D family libraries as well as information presentations for clients. Internal Relationships: Infrastructure and Construction Management and Department Heads. External Relationships: Construction Suppliers, Permitting Agencies, Professional Services, and Honorarium Providers. Experience/Skills: * Education: Civil Engineer or Architect * Advanced Excel, SharePoint, Revit (100% proficiency), AutoCAD, 3ds Max, multi-project management Work Modality: Hybrid Location: Av. Lázaro Cárdenas 2321, Zona Loma Larga Oriente, San Pedro Garza García.
