**Job Objective**
To operate and program CNC machining centers and/or CNC lathes directly at the machine to manufacture and repair parts, ensuring compliance with established quality, safety, and production schedule requirements, as well as proper application of procedures, work instructions, and records from the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System, guaranteeing traceability and appropriate process information control.
**Job Requirements**
Education: Technical high school diploma in Machine Tools or related field.
Minimum experience: 3 years operating CNC machines or CNC lathes.
**Specific Knowledge**
* Machine-side programming.
* Interpretation of technical drawings.
* Use of measuring instruments.
* Knowledge of HAAS controls.
**General Knowledge**
* Computer equipment operation.
* Machine tools.
* Cutting conditions.
* Setup execution.
* Applied basic mathematics.
* Industrial Safety and Hygiene.
**Responsibilities**
* Manufacturing and/or repairing requested parts.
* Analyzing design specifications or samples before initiating the process.
* Identifying appropriate tools for part manufacturing or repair.
* Monitoring dimensions during the manufacturing process.
* Adhering to the 5S methodology.
* Accurately recording data in the daily report (Process Sheet).
* Providing real-time part status updates to involved personnel.
* Tracking first-piece release approval.
* Attending training sessions.
* Performing deep machine cleaning.
