Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Services Assistant to perform preventive and corrective maintenance on water treatment equipment and reverse osmosis systems, ensuring optimal performance and aesthetics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation and maintenance of reverse osmosis plants. 2. Preventive and corrective maintenance of equipment. 3. Support in major technical activities. We are a Mexican company dedicated to meeting our customers’ needs through our extensive expertise in water treatment, automation, reverse osmosis, wastewater treatment plants (WWTPs), and other related services. We are looking for: **TECHNICAL SERVICES ASSISTANT** Location of the vacancy: **SAN JOSE DEL CABO** **REQUIREMENTS:** * Reside in San José del Cabo. * Valid driver’s license: Driver \- Standard Driving * Minimum education level: High school diploma. * Availability to rotate work schedules. * Experience operating reverse osmosis plants. * Good physical condition. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Execute activities outlined in the Annual Operational Plan for assigned equipment. * Verify availability of consumable supplies and submit necessary requisitions. * Provide required spare parts for basic equipment operation and maintenance. * Monitor Water Balance. * Record equipment parameter readings—including flow rates, pressures, TDS, amperage, and voltage—at the start of each visit. * Use the mobile device to log preventive maintenance activities in the application upon completion of each visit. * Submit technical visit reports at the end of each workday. * Clean the work area after completing each task. * Repair non-specialized leaks. * Replace filters. * Clean the filter cartridge housing basket and drain sediments during each cartridge filter replacement. * Inspect, organize, and clean tools after each activity, ensuring all tools remain complete. * Maintain equipment aesthetics by performing preventive maintenance on structures—e.g., replacing steel fasteners, cleaning to remove rust, and applying paint. * Lubricate housing caps and gaskets per the critical preventive maintenance plan. * Replace damaged seals in membrane connectors when contamination occurs due to high TDS or conductivity in modules. * Repair ruptures in PVC and CPVC pipes. * Replace minor damaged stainless-steel connectors and couplings. * Support supervisors and technicians in major activities as required. **WE OFFER:** * Statutory benefits. * Savings fund. * Major medical expense insurance. * Reimbursement for medical consultations. * Gym access. **Apply today—our talent acquisition team will contact you shortly to provide further information.**
