As a Store Assistant You will be responsible for the proper execution of all store operational processes, including cash register operations, warehouse management, customer service, and more. Your mission is to uphold Dollarcity’s highest standards so that our customers’ shopping experience is optimal, ensuring proper product display and pricing. What will your day-to-day look like? * Deliver high-quality service to our customers. * Maintain control and organization in the warehouse area. * Ensure correct restocking, pricing, and placement of merchandise on the sales floor. * Oversee store maintenance, ensuring compliance with image and cleanliness standards. * Handle and control cash in the cashier area. What do you need to succeed? * Completed high school education. * Basic computer system skills. * Energy, customer-service orientation, and numerical aptitude. * Availability to work rotating shifts and mobility.
