Job Summary: We are seeking a sales associate to provide in-person customer service, conduct direct sales, manage inventory, and collaborate as part of a team in an MDF products store. Job stability and growth opportunities **We are Rockings, a company specializing in the retail and wholesale sale of MDF products. We offer decorative items, organizers, lettering, event pieces, gifts, and more. We are currently looking for a sales associate to interact directly with customers.** **Location:** A few blocks from Zócalo or Pino Suárez Metro stations **Schedule: Monday through Sunday as follows** Monday to Thursday: 10:20 AM to 5:30 PM Friday and Saturday: 10:20 AM to 6:00 PM Sunday: 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM Fixed midweek day off **What will you do in this role?** **In-person (face-to-face) customer service: greet, guide, and assist customers in-store in a friendly and efficient manner.** **Direct sales: drive sales, provide recommendations, and meet weekly targets.** **Inventory control: record product inflows and outflows, label merchandise, and maintain warehouse order.** **General store cleaning and organization: keep the work area, counters, and displays presentable.** **Teamwork: collaborate with store colleagues and administrative staff to achieve sales and service goals.** **Ideal Candidate Profile:** * Prior experience in **sales, customer service, or social media (verifiable)** * Strong communication skills and a pleasant demeanor with people. * Proactivity and eagerness to learn. * Inventory management knowledge. * **Proficiency with mobile phones and computers** * Age: 21 to 35 years old * Residence within a 1-hour commute from the Historic Center **We Offer:** * **Base weekly salary of $2,300 \+ sales commissions** * Paid training * Job stability and growth opportunities * Vacation days, vacation bonus, and year-end bonus (aguinaldo). * Positive work environment in an established store Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite-term position Salary: $2,300\.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Flexible schedules * Option for an indefinite-term contract Experience: * Direct sales: 1 year (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
