Position Summary:
Supervises and trains staff, ensures courteous and prompt service, maintains appropriate inventory levels, and guarantees an orderly appearance of the service area.

Provides clean, well-maintained temple clothing as well as other linen supplies for temple attendees, workers, and employees, and ensures appropriate inventory levels of clothing and established stock limits.
* Supervises and trains workers and volunteers assigned to the area.
* Ensures prompt and courteous service to all users requesting temple clothing through proper scheduling and supervision of staff.
* Supervises workers and volunteers in the area, maintaining discipline and high morale among staff.
* Supervises and evaluates staff performance; prepares time sheets and records of volunteer support hours.
* Maintains appropriate inventory levels of temple clothing, cleaning supplies, etc., by monitoring stock levels and initiating new supply orders with appropriate lead times.
* Ensures that the linen/laundry operation achieves financial balance.
* Ensures the user service area presents an attractive and orderly appearance by monitoring its condition and initiating any necessary corrective actions.
**Requirements:**
* Two years of relevant experience (e.g., supervision, commercial laundry operations)
* Demonstrated leadership skills
* Experience in inventory control and basic financial knowledge
* Excellent interpersonal skills
* Must be able to lift up to 13.6 kg; bend, kneel, pull, push, and perform physically demanding tasks in a fast-paced work environment; must be able to stand for extended periods
* Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree
* Basic computer skills
* Availability to work Monday through Saturday with flexible hours, Sundays off, and one weekday off (which may vary weekly depending on operational needs)
* English language proficiency preferred
