Equipment maintenance and optimization of delivery times **Job Objective** Supervise and coordinate all hotel laundry operations, ensuring cleanliness, hygiene, and timely availability of linens (sheets, towels, uniforms) in accordance with quality and service standards. **Main Responsibilities** * Coordinate laundry staff and assign tasks. * Monitor linen, detergent, and supply inventories. * Inspect garments and report damages or losses. * Ensure compliance with hygiene and safety standards. * Maintain equipment (washers, dryers, irons) in good working condition. * Coordinate with departments such as housekeeping and maintenance. * Optimize turnaround time for clean garment delivery. * Maintain production and consumption records. **Requirements** * Education: Secondary school or high school diploma (preferred). * Experience: 1–3 years in laundry operations, preferably in the hospitality industry. **Competencies** * Responsibility * Proactivity * Service orientation * Problem-solving skills Salary: $14,000.00 – $16,000.00 per month Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing * Free parking * Cafeteria service * Complimentary uniforms Workplace: On-site employment
