Conduct preventive maintenance on tools and equipment, including cleaning and lubrication. Maintain appropriate maintenance inventory and request parts and supplies as needed. Keep daily records of operational, maintenance, and safety activities, as well as test results, instrument readings, equipment failure details, and maintenance work performed. Comply with all company safety policies and procedures; report any maintenance issues, safety hazards, accidents, or injuries; complete required safety training and certifications; and store flammable materials safely. Ensure uniform and personal appearance are neat and professional; maintain confidentiality of proprietary information; and protect company property. Communicate with others using clear and professional language; prepare and review written documents accurately and completely; and answer telephones using proper protocol. Cultivate and maintain positive working relationships with others; support the team in achieving common goals; and listen to and respond appropriately to concerns raised by fellow employees. Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and position objects weighing 50 pounds or less without assistance. Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying sizes and weights, requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination. Visually inspect tools, equipment, or machinery (e.g., to identify defects). Reach above head height and below knee level, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by supervisors. DESIRABLE QUALIFICATIONS Education: Diploma from a technical, trade, or vocational school. Relevant Work Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related work experience. Supervisory Experience: Supervisory experience is not required.
