Responsibilities: * Prepare ceviches following our recipes and quality standards. * Cut and handle fresh fish and seafood. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area. * Customer service at the preparation counter * Cash handling * Collaborate with the team to ensure fast and efficient service.
