Job Summary: General support staff responsible for food preparation, cleaning of utensils and areas, and assistance in the cafeteria. Key Responsibilities: 1. General support in food preparation and service 2. Maintenance and cleaning of areas and utensils 3. Assistance in the staff cafeteria § Prepare coffee for staff, restaurant, and hotel meeting rooms. § Keep salad bar equipment chilled with ice. § Prepare bain-marie for food preparation. § Wash glassware and grills. § Prepare drinking water for staff and restaurant. § Wash cutlery, staff cafeteria trays, and restaurant trays. § Assist the cook, serve food, and deliver meals to the employee cafeteria. § Assist in the kitchen with the dishwashing machine during periods of heavy workload. § Change tablecloths and transport them to the laundry. § Set cutlery for staff. § Set up staff cafeteria tables (condiments, napkins, etc.). § Wash and clean the staff cafeteria daily. § Deliver food shortages from the kitchen to the cafeteria. § Remain attentive to operational needs as they arise. § Compliance with Posadas policies, operations manuals, procedures, and standards.
