




Job Summary: A critical position to ensure the cleaning, disinfection, and organization of supplies, tableware, and utensils, maintaining hygiene and order. Key Responsibilities: 1. Maintain hygiene and order in the kitchen. 2. Collaborate with the kitchen team on basic tasks. 3. Ensure the quality of supplies. This position is crucial for the continuous operation of the kitchen and compliance with sanitary regulations. Ensure the cleaning, disinfection, and organization of supplies, tableware, glassware, and kitchen utensils; maintain order in the scullery area; and ensure hygiene in accordance with safety standards. * Receiving raw materials (maintain an incoming supplies log) * Responsible for inspecting supply quality for quality control * Cleaning and disinfecting supplies * Washing dishes, flatware, and utensils * Organizing and storing clean utensils in their designated locations * Keeping the dishwashing area clean, disinfected, and dry; cleaning floors and kitchen work areas * Assisting cooks with basic tasks as needed Salary: $2,205.00 per week Benefits: * Employee discount * Discounts and preferential pricing Work Location: On-site employment
