Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Baker in bakery and pastry food production who is responsible, punctual, creative, and organized to maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, as well as prepare and bake products. We are looking for a BAKER who meets the following profile: * Education: High School Diploma, Technical Degree, or equivalent. * Experience in bakery and pastry food production. * **Must reside near Iztapalapa or Iztacalco districts** Applicants will be required to perform the following duties: * Maintain perfect cleanliness and order in their workplace * Produce pastry and bakery items * Prepare doughs, fermentation, and baking * Prepare ingredients, fillings, and toppings * Proper use of ovens, mixers, industrial mixers, and bakery equipment Our future team members must be: * Responsible, punctual, creative, and organized.
