Position Summary: Liomont Laboratories seeks an Analytical Chemist to conduct physical and chemical analyses in Ocoyoacac, ensuring process quality and documentation. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in the updating of standard operating procedures. **Liomont Laboratories seeks Analytical Chemist in Ocoyoacac \- Ocoyoacac, State of Mexico** ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- ANALYTICAL CHEMIST (STABILITY) Perform physical and chemical analyses of raw materials, in-process products, and finished products for raw material release, finished product release, stability studies, special analyses, analytical method transfers, and process and/or cleaning validation, in accordance with internal guidelines and corresponding documentation for each process. Responsibilities: * Perform raw material, in-process product, and finished product analyses for each respective process, conducting tests correctly and completely in compliance with Good Laboratory Practices and Good Documentation Practices. * Responsible for obtaining reliable and secure data from the physical and chemical analyses related to each process, delivering results to coordination for review and approval. * Perform water analyses (potable, injectable, purified) in the absence of the chemical technician. * Responsible for properly containing solid waste (impregnated paper, glass, plastic, chromatographic columns) and production residues (powders, tablets, capsules, gels, creams). * Responsible for participating in the review, development, and/or updating of standard operating procedures, forms, and/or any other area documents applicable to their activities. Responsible for reporting any shortages of supplies (materials, columns, reagents, standards, stationery) to maintain sufficient stock levels for laboratory quality analyses. * Properly use glassware, chromatographic columns, and reference substances. * Correctly operate quality control laboratory equipment and instruments, and track maintenance, qualification, calibration, and report anomalies as assigned. Profile: Education: Biological Chemistry, Pharmaceutical Chemistry, or related field. Experience: 2–3 years in a similar position within the pharmaceutical industry. Intermediate technical English. Flexible working hours.
