Subject always to availability and according to schedules freely determined by the residence owners, bicycles and ATVs will be provided free of charge to guests for exclusive use within Litibú and outside the beach area, always respecting traffic signs and speed limits established within the development and, where applicable, by Mexican traffic authorities. Under the same conditions—and also subject to availability—free transportation service will be provided to guests either to the airport or to Punta de Mita or Sayulita. At guests’ expense, catering services by a private chef and housekeeping staff may be arranged; meanwhile, the owner provides, at no cost, personnel responsible for pool and jacuzzi maintenance, as well as assistance in placing orders from nearby establishments. Each residence features a private swimming pool and jacuzzi, a gorgeous kitchen fully equipped with all imaginable cooking and serving utensils, dishwasher, conventional oven, microwave oven, refrigerator, washing machine, dryer, air conditioning units, fans, bed linens, towels, sound systems, televisions, lounge chairs, and much more.
