We are seeking a person passionate about service, organized, and eager to create extraordinary experiences for each of our guests through an efficient and warm welcome. Requirements 1 year of experience in luxury hotels Intermediate English Excellent service attitude Valid driver's license Teamwork skills Responsibilities 1. Provide personalized service to our customers and guests upon arrival at the Motor Lobby. 2. Assist our guests professionally with loading and unloading their luggage, ensuring proper handling and storage of luggage at all times. 3. Register luggage using a password ticket system, explaining to the guest the process of luggage delivery and drop-off to the room. 4. Be proactive at all times, anticipating our guests' needs. 5. Register vehicles according to the procedure outlined in the departmental manual. 6. Assist customers with their purchases, properly organizing items to protect groceries, prioritizing perishable goods. 7. Transport guests within the resort using electric carts.
