Job Summary: We are seeking a Warehouse Assistant for a 3-month project responsible for receiving, storing, and delivering materials while maintaining warehouse order and efficiency. Key Highlights: 1. Assist in the receipt and storage of items according to the FIFO methodology. 2. Participate in weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts. 3. Ensure rapid and efficient fulfillment of goods to internal customers. **At the Mexican Football Federation, we’re looking for YOUR talent!** **Warehouse Assistant \- Project-based position (3 months)** Technical degree in Administration or completed high school education. **Experience:** Receiving, delivery, and custody of warehouse goods. Verification of deliveries against documentation. Inventory management. **Job Objective:** Receive and organize materials delivered by suppliers in accordance with the FIFO methodology, maintaining an orderly, clean, and fully operational warehouse to rapidly and efficiently fulfill and deliver goods to internal customers. **Main Responsibilities:** * Assist in receiving items from suppliers, reconciling physical quantities and verifying that items match specifications on the invoice and purchase order. * Store received items, arranging each item in its assigned location according to the FIFO methodology. * Fulfill authorized requests in the system by retrieving items from the appropriate warehouse location, matching the characteristics and quantities specified in the request. * Assist in conducting weekly, monthly, and annual inventory counts. **We Offer:** Direct hiring.
