***Purpose***
Contribute to and be responsible for serving breakfasts, lunches, coffee services, and special services in Private Dining Rooms and Buffets, in full compliance with quality standards (H Certification), internal policies, and current procedures.#### ***Responsibilities***
* Promote a customer-centric culture to deepen client relationships and leverage the Bank’s extensive relationships, systems, and knowledge.
* Support and assist the Captain in welcoming diners visiting Executive Dining Rooms, directing them to their assigned Private Dining Room.
* Be responsible for plated ware, china, glassware, and linens used in private dining rooms, and for setting up these items as required for breakfast, lunch, or coffee service.
* Be responsible for preparing a monthly inventory of private dining room plated ware, china, and glassware, and submitting it to the Captain.
* Be responsible for serving food to diners according to the order given by the Captain and beverages requested by diners, adhering strictly to quality and cleanliness controls stipulated by the H Certification.
* If assigned to the Buffet area, be responsible for polishing plated ware and Chaffin Dish for serving executives attending the Buffet.
* Be responsible for floor service in areas designated for the General Management and Deputy General Managers, fulfilling their specific requests.
* Understand the Bank’s risk culture and how risk appetite must be considered in daily activities and decisions.
* Actively carry out efficient and effective operations within respective areas while ensuring the suitability, compliance, and effectiveness of daily business controls to meet obligations aimed at mitigating operational risk, regulatory non-compliance risk, money laundering and terrorist financing risk, and conduct risk — including responsibilities established under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, International Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorist Financing Manual, and Business Conduct Guidelines.

* 18 department employees.
* Approximately 180 breakfasts and 120 lunches per week in Executive Dining Rooms.
* Metropolitan Area.
* 2 Buffet-style Executive Dining Rooms and 8 Private Dining Rooms.
* Service to Deputy General Managers across various offices, including Plaza, Boturiní, and Casa de Bolsa.
