A company powered by its people.** **Job Description** -------------------------- Plan, organize, lead, and control the training system to ensure training compliance for all employees at the site. **Requirements** -------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. * Intermediate English * Intermediate Excel * Proficiency in Microsoft Office * Knowledge of e-learning platforms * Minimum 3 years’ experience in training functions **Responsibilities** --------------------- 1. Ensure compliance with HR framework pillars (Work Environment, Communication, Integration, Training & Development) and adherence to company policies and guidelines. 2. Ensure implementation of the established training and retraining program for the assigned area. 3. Generate continuous improvement ideas within the team under supervision. 4. Ensure timely delivery of samples and documentation requested during internal and external internal control audits. 5. Ensure implementation of the training and retraining program. 6. Conduct the Annual Training Needs Assessment (TNA) and prepare reports for each department. 7. Develop position-specific training programs and submit them to respective department leaders for approval. 8. Collaborate with QA, SHE, HR, and Operations leaders to develop the annual training calendar.
