Job Summary:
We are seeking a responsible Traffic Assistant to handle pre-clearance procedures, cargo dispatches, and customs formalities, ensuring effective communication.

EDUCATION: Secondary school diploma and/or completed technical degree
AGE: 20 years or older
EXPERIENCE: 1 year in the traffic department
OBJECTIVE:
Carry out pre-clearance procedures and report them based on the invoice, packing list, B/L, and release the cargo.
KNOWLEDGE:
Conducting pre-clearance procedures.
Cargo dispatches.
Performing deconsolidations.
Ability to drive an automobile
RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Perform and report pre-clearance procedures—including photos—to the Traffic Executive/Dispatch Coordinator.
* Carry out formalities inherent to imports and exports.
* Monitor cargo as it passes through the automated system.
* Timely execution of cargo dispatches.
* Assist with administrative payments, collections, revalidations, and payments.
* Perform and report pre-clearance procedures; carry out formalities inherent to imports and exports.
* Etc.

Employment Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term
Salary: $12,000\.00 per month
Work Schedule:
* Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 6 PM; Saturdays, 8 AM to 12 PM
