Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Support Technician to perform diagnostics, carry out maintenance, and provide assistance for computer equipment and networks. Key Responsibilities: 1. Support IT projects and document reports **We Are Hiring a Technical Support Technician! \| Monterrey, N.L.** **What Activities Will You Perform in This Role?** \* Perform diagnostics and conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on computer equipment and peripherals \* Provide assistance to colleagues \* Diagnose and resolve hardware and software failures on desktops, laptops, printers, and POS terminals \* Document reports and manage inventory control \* LAN/Wi-Fi networks (configuration of switches and access points) \* Install operating systems and applications \* Replace damaged components in equipment \* Support IT projects **Where?** In Monterrey, two blocks from Av. Gonzalitos (near Gym Nuevo León). **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, full-time; Saturday, half-day shift. **Requirements:** * Experience: Minimum 2 years as a Technical Support Engineer. * Education: Degree in Computer Systems Engineering, Information Technologies, Computer Science, or related fields. * Knowledge of operating systems (Windows and similar). * Proficiency in LAN and Wi-Fi networks. * Understanding of connectivity and networking concepts. * Customer service and problem-solving skills. **Key Skills:** · Proactive · Strong ability to communicate effectively with internal and external customers · Analytical capability · Ability to rigorously, systematically, and efficiently solve problems, plan, and execute complex, cross-functional projects **What Do We Offer?** · Base salary with **weekly payment** · **Punctuality and attendance bonuses** · **Monthly food vouchers** · **Statutory benefits** Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $3,700\.00 \- $4,000\.00 per week Work Location: On-site employment
