




Job Summary: We are seeking a Multimedia Support Engineer to resolve complex challenges, provide support for audiovisual equipment and meeting rooms, and ensure the proper operation and development of users' functions. We work closely with our clients to understand their issues and develop cutting-edge solutions to resolve them. Responsibilities: * Maintenance of audiovisual equipment, event support, and meeting room management * Analyze and support user requests and incidents based on Service Level Agreements (SLAs), ensuring operational continuity and functional development for users, as well as maintaining administration and operation of all computing hardware and software at the staff level. * Fulfill Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for both incidents and requests * Ensure proper use of work tools (videoconferencing rooms) * End-user support Requirements: * Knowledge and skills to support collaboration and multimedia rooms (Crestron, projectors, cameras, audio, and video) * Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and demonstrate strong organizational skills. * Proficiency in effective time management and ability to meet deadlines. * Capability to effectively diagnose and resolve arising issues. * Basic English * Completed degree in Systems, Computer Science, or Audiovisual fields What We Offer: * Stability * Base salary plus statutory benefits * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM * On-site position in Santa Catarina, Nuevo León Employment Type: Full-time Salary: Up to $20,000.00 per month Education: * Completed Bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Experience: * Audio and Video: 2 years (Preferred) * Crestron Equipment Operation: 1 year (Preferred) * Multimedia Equipment Administration and Support: 1 year (Preferred) * Service Provider Management: 1 year (Preferred) * Multimedia Equipment Support: 2 years (Preferred) * Basic Networking: 2 years (Preferred) Language: * Basic English (Preferred) Work Location: On-site employment
