Job Summary: We are seeking a technician for the maintenance and repair of KYOCERA printers and copiers, performing diagnostics, repairs, installations, and user training. Key Responsibilities: 1. Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on multifunctional devices. 2. Train users on proper equipment usage. 3. Develop skills in emerging technologies. We are a company specializing in the sale, rental, and repair of KYOCERA printers and copiers. Location: Calle La Merced 703, Chapalita, 44500 Guadalajara, Jal. Working Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:30 am to 6:00 pm Saturdays: 9:00 am to 1:00 pm Availability: Immediate Main Responsibilities: * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on printers, copiers, and multifunctional devices. * Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues related to printing equipment. * Install, configure, and update drivers, networks, and associated software for the equipment. * Train users on proper equipment usage. * Meet the company’s established response times and service quality standards. Requirements: * Minimum 1 year of experience in printer or office equipment (Kyocera, HP, Ricoh, Canon, etc.) maintenance and repair. * Basic networking knowledge (network connectivity, network printing configuration). * **Education: Technician in Electronics, Computer Science, Mechatronics, or related field.** * **Valid driver’s license (MANDATORY).** * **Resident of the Guadalajara Metropolitan Zone (ZMG)** Competencies: * Customer orientation. * Problem solving. * Teamwork. * Organization and responsibility. * Ability to learn new technologies.
