As global leaders in building products and technologies, integrated solutions, and energy storage, we are seeking an **Operations and Maintenance Technician**. **What You’ll Do:** * Monitor and control BMS software for electromechanical, fire alarm and detection, access control, and related systems through analysis and understanding. * Perform predictive and preventive diagnostics on monitored and controlled devices or systems. * Complete logbooks and reports. * Propose improvements in operations and maintenance processes based on standards. * Perform specific tasks related to customer satisfaction. **Operator** – Responsible for operating, from the control room, the full automation of HVAC systems, access control, fire detection, and any other integrated systems. Also generates reports requested by Administration staff. **Support** – Conducts regular site inspections to verify proper operation of various systems. Responds to reports generated by the Operator, personally verifying system malfunctions with users and, where possible, resolving them. **Maintenance** – Performs preventive maintenance on all systems according to an annual schedule. Handles daily reports regarding system failures and malfunctions. **What We Require:** * Recent engineering graduate or technician in industrial mechanics, electromechanics, or automation * 6 months of experience in maintenance, HVAC, fire detection, access control, lighting, etc. * Availability to work rotating shifts (day and night) * Proficiency in using manual and electric tools * Work location: Legaria **We Offer:** * Base salary * Weekly payments * 30-day bonus (aguinaldo) * 50% vacation premium * 10% food vouchers (vales de despensa) * 12 vacation days * Life insurance
